Settlement Act (ANCSA) village corporation established under the Alaska
Native Claims Settlement Act of December 18, 1971. BNC is headquartered
in Bethel, which is located in Southwestern Alaska, while its subsidiaries have offices in BNC's ANCSA land entitlement is 161,280 acres. As of December 31, 2002, a total of 139,000 acres has been conveyed to BNC. BNC and it's subsidiaries are committed to providing a broad range of opportunities to its Shareholders through contracting opportunities with governmental agencies as well as the private industry.
