In keeping with BSI's traditions of on-time, in-budget, enthusiastic performance, the SAO offers its clients experienced estimating, plan and report writing, project management, quality control, environmental sampling, and consulting. The office is a Bona Fide SBA office providing services on regional set aside, 8a and HUBZone projects. The Washington office is focused on general construction and environmental clean up in the lower 48, primarily IDIQ contracts with Federal agencies. Shane brings 10 years experience running over 70 million dollars in IDIQ contracting and has over 25 years experience in general construction. The Washington office brings the Bethel tradition of honest, enthusiastic, customer focused contracting to lower 48.
